Our event designers will work closely with you to provide quality, professional service, and to ensure that your event is a day to remember. This guide is intended to serve as a beginning to your planning process, and we welcome the opportunity to work with you to develop a customized menu that is just right for your special occasion.

so we can assist in the planning of your event. We will need the general details of the event, to include the date, time, preferred location, number of people and type of service.
Confirmation Once the details of your event have been finalized, you will receive a detailed summary outlining the details of your event. This process helps ensure the successful completion of the event according to your individual specifications.
Guarantee To ensure proper service, we must have the final guarantee of the number of guests no later than ten (10) business days prior to the event. Additional charges may be incurred for increases to the final guarantee number.
Cancellation Cancellations of any function after seven (7) days from receipt of deposit are not eligible for refund. Cancellation within one week of any scheduled function will be billed at 100%.
Billing To secure a date with Top Shelf Catering, a deposit of $500.00 is required and non-refundable after 7 days of receipt. The remaining balance is due ten (10) business days prior to the event. Checks should be made payable to Top Shelf Catering and Events.
Service Personnel To ensure the smooth progression of your event, waiter/waitress service must be provided for all functions. A service fee of 10% will be charged on events. An additional service fee of $200.00 per hour will be assessed for any time over the scheduled reception.
Ancillary Services Top Shelf Catering will be happy to assist with any arrangements you desire. We work with musicians, disc jockeys, florists, audio visual and lighting companies, limousine drivers, and many rental companies to further enhance your event.
